Ptolemy Membership

Ptolemy's members represent all facets of Memphis: medicine, law, accounting and finance, politics, insurance and real estate, banking, manufacturing, marketing and sales. The list goes on and on, but Ptolemy's dual missions of social and community service are the cornerstone of its existence.

The following is a list of our current members. You may even see someone you know! While our membership is diverse, it is also incredibly welcoming. We encourage you to find out more about us and consider becoming a member today!

Membership Requirements

1. Each prospective member must attend at least two Ptolemy events within six months of application. An event is a happy hour, party, or any other gathering at which two or more Ptolemy Board members are present.

2. Each potential member (or married couple/domestic partners) applying for membership must complete and submit an application along with dues payment (see below for membership levels).

3. Each potential member (or married couple/domestic partners) applying for membership must be sponsored by three active Ptolemy members. Sponsors will provide the Membership Chair with a brief written recommendation. A majority vote of the Board is required for admission as a member of the Krewe.
